This is a survey to assess the awareness and effectiveness of programs sponsored by the Respect and Responsibility Team at MDN. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses are appreciated and will help us improve these programs. Your responses are anonymous.

1) The Code of Ethics is posted on classroom doors.  Teachers are encouraged to use it for the start of school, as writing prompts and also as a strategy to inform students of appropriate expected behavior when providing redirection.
