Mountain Pointe is located in the community of Ahwatukee which is in the southern part of Phoenix, Arizona. We are the fifth school in the Tempe Union High School District and operate with a student population of over 2500. Under the direction of Principal Bruce Kipper, Mountain Pointe boasts of one of the finest educational opportunities for high school students in the state of Arizona. POLICY

Cell Phones, ipods, and electronic/digital devices have become an increasing interruption to classroom instruction. Due to these increased interruptions and reported thefts, cell phones may not be seen or used during class time, lunch and passing periods. ipods and other personal entertainment devices are prohibited from campus all together unless they are being used for a ligitimate educational purpose. Please see your student handbook for specific details.
