BAND-AIDS
Mrs. Lynn McKean

Our booster organization takes great pride in the assistance it provides to the band program at Marcos de Niza High School. Our purpose is to organize and staff the committee structures necessary in order to support our organization and the Padre Band program. We also help to develop and coordinate fundraising activities necessary to help support the financial cost of the Band Program. We encourage participation and community support for the band programs.

CAGER CLUB
Mr. Dave Stark

This club is a volunteer support group including, but not limited to, family and friends to advance a positive experience for the basketball programs.  Minimal time by all members creates further opportunities to achieve excellence.

 

GRAD NIGHT
Mrs. Cindy Smith

Each year the parents of the graduating class sponsor the best party in town. It's a drug and alcohol-free blast held on the night of graduation at the Memorial Union at ASU. We invite all graduating seniors to celebrate their last class party in a safe environment. May 2007 is Marcos de Niza's 16th annual alcohol and drug-free party. For information on meeting and upcoming events, contact a Padre Club officer.

 

HOMERUN CLUB

The Homerun Club is for parents to get involved through the baseball booster group.

 

ORCHESTRA PARENTS GUILD

As a parent having a student in the MdN orchestra program, you are automatically a member of our very active Parents Guild. This organization provides invaluable support to the orchestra students and the director. Members of the Guild work with the student officers to organize many of the orchestra activities.

 

PADRE CLUB
Mr. Gilbert Rodriguez

The Padre Club invites all Marcos de Niza parents and staff members to become enthusiastic supporters of Marcos de Niza by joining the Padre Club. Padre Club supports all school activities including academics, athletics, clubs, and other organizations. Show that you care and are willing to make a difference by becoming an active member and supporting your student's activities. Meetings are held regurlarly at the school. You are invited to attend. Some of the activities the Padre Club is involved in are the concession stand at ball games and a major fundraiser for Grad Night. Some of the contributions the Padre Club has made have assisted Padre of the Month, Academic Decathlon, Padre Achievers, and Summer Bridge.

 

TOUCHDOWN CLUB

The touchdown club is for parents and students who want to get involved in fundraising for the football program. 
Plans this year include sales of candles and make up products.  Money raised is used for supporting the players meals, shirts, practice uniforms and the yard signs for all levels.
