School Improvement (formerly known as North Central) is co-chaired by two teachers and consists of teachers, staff, parents, community members, students, and administrators. The committee's mission is to oversee the administration and implementation of the school's mission statement and school improvement goals.
Subcommittees of School Improvement are charged with implementing the goals developed by the school community as a whole under the auspices of School Improvement.
Technology Committee includes representatives from each department. The committee is chaired by the Site Technology Director (audiovisual/computer coordinator). The committee evaluates the campus technology needs; approves expenditures for technology; and distributes equipment and supplies.
Staff Assistance provides assistance to MdN family members during a time of emergency, illness, or financial need. With a theme of "We are Family" the Staff Assistance Committee also sends cards or flowers for all births, deaths and weddings. They also offer assistance in providing food, transportation, or any other possible methods of aiding a family member. The committee's main source of funding is the annual Brown Bag/Silent Auction held on the last day of school. All items are donated family, friends and interested individuals. The committee is composed of volunteers and meets on an as needed basis or at least two times a year.
