Grad night

What is Grad Night?

It is an all-night celebration which begins immediately following commencement when buses transport graduates to the F1 Race Factory, where they remain until 5 a.m. the next morning. While there, they will enjoy a wide range of entertainment and supervised activities.

To make this event successful, we need the help of senior parents to coordinate the event, serve as chaperones, and encourage your student to attend.  If you would like to serve on the committee, please e-mail us at  dvgradnight10@gmail.com. 

 

Please complete the registration form and waiver(s).  ALL STUDENTS MUST FILL OUT AND RETURN THE ADULT WAIVER.  Your driver's license number is required.  If your senior is under 18 years of age on May 27, 2010, the MINOR WAIVER must also be filled out and  MUST BE NOTARIZED.   Registration forms can be mailed to Tammie Connell, 15015 S. 7^th Street, 85048.   Checks are made payable to DV Grad Night.

You can help support DV Grad Night by participating in these fundraisers:

*Sign up for Escrip.  Every time you use your Safeway card a percentage will be donated to DV Grad Night.  Please go to www.escrip.com and click on sign up.  The Group Name is Desert Vista High School Grad Nite.  It will walk you through the steps. You will need to know your Safeway card number.

Adult Waiver

PLEASE NOTE:

 

If a student is under 18 years of age on or before May 27, 2010, they need to fill out the Minor Waiver (which needs to be notarized) AND the adult waiver that contains their driver's license number.

 

If a student is 18 years of age by May 27, 2010, only the Adult Waiver is required.

 

Return the waivers with your registration form and money.
